About the Doctor
I grew up living and exploring on one of the greatest natural and pristine barrier islands in the world, Cayo Costa. Ever since a young child, I loved to immerse myself in the outdoors, surfing, fishing, hunting, anything that goes fast over the water! I graduated from Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2017 and I have been practicing ever since. I started working with all animals, cows, horses, pigs, sheep, goats, exotics (panthers, bears, wolves, deer, birds etc.) and of course dogs and cats. Recently I have transitioned to mostly small animals and plan to do so for the rest of my life. My artist career started at a young age, painting watercolors with my mom out on Cayo Costa. Later in high school I grew a passion for playing music and video editing. The music was mostly improvisational and filled with soul. Unfortunately, my best friend and right-hand man, Josiah Dunn passed away recently and left me in somewhat of a creative void. Unable to connect with him through music, I started painting as an outlet and my passion grew quickly. His encouragement has opened me up to a world of creativity that I did not know existed. I am trying to capture the images and scenes that I see while I am doing what I love.
